2012 Chevrolet Traverse offers handsomely sleek styling cues. The 2012 Traverse is available in four trim levels: LS, LT1, LT2, and LTZ. The 2012 Traverse comes with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive and features the reliable 3.6L direct-injection V6 mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The engine produces 281hp, upping this to 288hp in LTZ trim. The Traverse travels 0-60mph in 8.6sec, and boasts an EPA estimated 24mpg.
The 2012 Chevrolet Traverse is available as an 8-passenger with a second row bench, and a 7-passenger featuring captain’s chairs in the second row. The LS is the base model traverse featuring air, cruise, tilt, Bluetooth, power windows and power locks. The LT1 adds 8-way power driver’s seat, leather wrapped steering wheel w/audio controls, ultrasonic rear park assist, and 18” aluminum wheels.

For the safety equipment, the 2011 Traverse features the StabiliTrak Electronic Stability Control System, traction control, tire pressure monitoring, OnStar’s Automatic Crash Response system and six airbags including dual-stage frontal, driver and passenger seat-mounted side-impact airbags, and head-curtain side-impact air bags for all three rows.
